Veteran rock band Guardian will release "The Real Me," the first single from their upcoming album Almost Home, on iTunes and other digital outlets on Friday, December 13th (AmazonMP3 link). "The Real Me" was written by Guardian members Jamie Rowe, Jamey Perrenot, and David Bach. Produced by Perrenot and mixed by Tony Palacios, the song is an uptempo/anthemic rocker featuring the sonic and performance quality that Guardian fans demand from the band.
The new album was made possible by Guardian's die-hard fans through a Kickstarter campaign and should be delivered to those backers before the end of the month. Currently discussing label options, Guardian will give Almost Home a global release in the first quarter of 2014.
